club membership through your internet browser from anywhere in the world
with access to an Internet connection.
Inventive Membership is a package specifically designed for small clubs and associations to help manage your membership
and subscription process.

Simple & Secure Web Interface - Inventive Membership is accessible through a simple and intuitive Web 2
interface using your internet browser. We use 128bit SSL encryption to ensure that all communication over the internet is secure.
- Contact Database - At the core of Inventive Membership is a contact database where all of your contacts details are stored (address, contact details etc)
- Memberships - Add one or more contacts to a new or existing membership to convert that contact into a member.

Custom Membership Type - You are in total control of the types of membership your organisation offers e.g.
Family Membership or Personal Membership. You define the duration of the membership and how often payment is due.

Multiple Administrators - You can define as many administrators of your organisation as you require.

Automatic Receipt Generation - If configured to automatically send emails then Inventive Membership will
automatically email payment receipts to contacts who have a registered email address. If a contact does not have an
email address then receipts can easily be printed.

Report Generation - Inventive Membership provides a number of reports which can be used to determine
a number of factors in your club/organisation. For example a break down of membership types and the
number of members for each or a report on the income generated from the different membership types.

Weekly Backups - We will back up all of your data at least once a week. If you require more regular backups then please contact us.

First 3 Months Free
We are currently offering an initial, obligation free, 3 month subscription
to Inventive Membership.
After this period you will automatically move to our Basic Package at the low price of $39.00AUD per annum.
The introductory and basic packages are restricted to a maximum of 100 members.
If you do not wish to continue your subscription before your introductory period expires then please
contact us giving a minimum of 10 business days to cancel your subscription.
In order to access Inventive Membership you must first create an account with Inventive Software.
Once you have created your account simply click on the "Inventive Membership" link in the top right corner.
