4. Use of Inventive Membership
   1. Availability
      1. We aim to provide 95% availability of Inventive Membership.
      2. On occasions it will be necessary for us to make Inventive Membership unavailable for maintenance, upgrades and fixes. We will notify club/organisation administrators by email when this is necessary. We will aim to provide as much notice as possible for such outages however on occasions it may be necessary to make the services immediately unavailable for operational/legal reasons. We therefore accept

      1. We will perform weekly backups of the data stored in Inventive Membership. If you require backups on a more regularly then contact our support staff and a separate support agreement will be organised. We accept no responsibility for data lost between regular backups.
      2. On occasions it will be necessary for us to make Inventive Membership unavailable for maintenance, upgrades and fixes. We will attempt to minimise the outage time as much as possible.
